Pasta Night: Cacio e Pepe and Caesar Salad

Welcome to **Pasta Night: Cacio e Pepe and Caesar Salad**! Join us for a delicious evening of Italian cuisine on **Saturday, January 11, 2025 at 5:00 PM**. This is a hands-on class preparing fresh pasta and turning it into the classic Roman dish of Cacio e Pepe, a simple yet flavorful pasta dish made with pecorino cheese and black pepper. We will make our own flavorful Caesar dressing and croutons to create a refreshing Caesar Salad for the perfect combination of flavors. A complementary glass of wine will be offered.
