Come meet up with the Menopause Girls - a group of women who wrote a book called "The Girlfriends' Guide to Menopause." At this Menopause Moves event the Menopause Girls will be learning dance moves and sharing tips on how to keep moving through menopause.

There is a $10.00 charge at the door for the Country Line Dancing instruction and food and drink are at your own cost. Signed books are also available for purchase that night for $20.00.

The fun and menopause tips are free! So meet up with us at 5:30 for introductions and then start dancing at 6:00.
