Coton Orchard Bioblitz – Moth Identification

On Saturday 27th June, we are taking a ‘snapshot’ of the wildlife in Coton Orchard. Biological records from the event will be passed on to national recording schemes and will help to build our knowledge about the biodiversity in this Priority Habitat.

The activities and recording will be led by a number of experts from various fields. Come and see what we find and help with identification – with ID guides and experts on hand.

This activity will be focused on opening the moth traps, which will have been set the previous evening, and identifying the species found, with experts from the Cambridgeshire Moth Group
