Cosmic Yoga Flow and Sound Bath

This special event begins with a 60-minute Cosmic Vinyasa Flow, led by Valeria. The practice is both energizing and grounding, with an emphasis on alignment, intentional movement, and the connection between the chakras and planetary energy. The flow will gradually soften, guiding participants into a guided meditation to prepare the body and mind for deep relaxation ✨

Throughout the experience, Luis will curate a live DJ mix, creating a dynamic soundscape that supports the flow and meditation. The journey then transitions into a 15-minute immersive sound bath, led by Luis, using sound bowls and vibration to encourage nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and relaxation. He will also share insight into the benefits of sound healing for the body and chakras 🪐

We’ll close the evening with 15 minutes of connection and community, offering tea and snacks provided by Dough Works. This is a space to ground, reflect, and socialize after the practice
