This special cosmic themed restorative yoga experience is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your inner calm. Restorative yoga uses comfortable, supported postures that allow the body to deeply relax while the nervous system settles and resets.
As you rest in each pose, Emily Rafanan will offer gentle Reiki energy healing to support energetic balance and relaxation. Throughout the session, she will also incorporate sound healing instruments, creating calming vibrations that help quiet the mind and guide you into a deeper meditative state.
The cosmic theme invites you to imagine floating peacefully in the vastness of the universe, allowing stress, worry, and tension to drift away as your body softens and your breath slows.
