Join Linda Shweiri, RYT for a soothing blend of gentle easy to do movements with a deeply immersive sound bath experience. This class is designed to help relieve chronic tension, support nervous system healing, and promote emotional balance. People with anxiety, depression or PTSD find this class particularly healing.
You’ll begin with mindful, minimal, intuitive movements that are accessible to all bodies and fitness levels, to reconnect with your breath and body. Then you’ll be guided into a guided meditation to stillness and the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes, allowing deep relaxation and energetic clearing.
This Class Is Ideal For:

~Calming the mind and easing anxiety
~ Supporting healing from stress or trauma
~ Gently rebalancing the nervous system
~Inviting peace, clarity, and rest
~No experience is needed—this is a welcoming space for all.
