Sip and center. Settle and sink in. Cosmic atmosphere with sacred cacao ceremony before sinking into a divine soundscape!
Led by Trauma-Informed Somatic Guide, CYT200hr, Sound Practitioner, Life Coach and Student of Life: Erin Scherer of Lifted Spiritss
Join us for a peaceful, after-hours Chakra Sound Bathing Experience in a quiet, softly lit space with cosmic and northern lights ambiance!
I will offer us sacred cacao to sip while we settle in with guided breath and meditation before teaching about each 7 chakras and their association with organs, energies, phyiscal and emotionally feelings as well.
You will then relax for the rest of the time for a beautiful soundscape with crystal sound bowls, wind gond, chimes, flutes and instruments.
