Cornwall Super Bash
Cornwalls first ever 40k super major event.
Full event pack available after ticket purchased.
Rules format: 10th Edition
Points: 2000 points
Tournament Organiser: Bugle bat reps
This will be a 2000 points warhammer 40k ITC ranked event consisting of 6 rounds and up to a max of 100 players.
Mission pack for event : 10th Edition Current Mission Pack at time of event to be confirmed with Deployments from the GW recommended mission list.
All tables will be using the Glasshammer tournament terrain set, with half the sets kindly loaned to us by Cross Swords and each mission will have terrain layout to follow for the mission which will be on each table for you to follow.
Prizes
There will be prizes for:
• 1st Place
• 2nd Place
• 3rd Place
• Wooden spoon ( player who has played all 6 games )
• Most sporting award , player with most votes and finished highest if tied on votes.
• Best army 1st place
• Best army 2nd place
• Best army 3rd place
• Best army - Judges Choice picked by Company of makers.
There will also be awards for best in fraction for all codexs.
Entry Fee: The event is free to enter for serving and veterans of the UK Armed Forces including reserves. The event is also open to the local gaming community for £70.00 per ticket plus booking fees which includes the buffet lunch of sandwichs/chips/Dips aswell as bacon rolls breakfast and unlimited free tea and coffee for both Saturday and Sunday.
No legend units are to be used.
Armies do not need to be fully painted for this event , but will need to be if you want your battle ready 10 points per game.
Army list submission is to be submitted 7 days in advance of the event on BCP (Best coast pairings) registration for this will be done separately.
Event Timings
Friday :
• 15:15 - 15:45 Registration
• 16:00 - 19:00 Game 1
• Social drinks and food during the evening at the venue from 19:30 , all to be ordered and purchased by yourself on the day.
Saturday :
• 08:15 - 08.45 - Registration / meet and greets / Free Breakfast rolls and drinks available.
• 09:00 - 12:00 - Game 1 ( if not played Friday )
• 12:00 - 13:00 - Lunch ( Free Buffet lunch available )
• 13:00 - 16:00 - Game 2
• 16:00 - 16:30 - Break
• 16:30 - 19:30 - Game 3
Social evening in the lounge suite in the evening from 20:30 , food and drink available to order and then there will be a Team 40k quiz from 21:00 - 22:00 with teams of 5 , free to enter and will be prizes available to win.
Sunday:
• 08:15 - 09:00 - Free Breakfast rolls and drinks available.
• 09:00 - 12:00 - Game 4
• 12:00 - 13:00 - Lunch ( Free Buffet lunch available )
• 13:00 - 16:00 - Game 5
• 16:00 - 16:30 - Break
• 16:30 - 19:30 - Game 6
• 19:30 - 20:00 - Awards

*Players will have the option to play their Round 1 game on the Friday. Any player wishing to play on the Friday will need to attend registration at the venue on the Friday before 15:45. A draw will then be done with the players in attendance and the remaining players will be paired afterwards ready for round 1 on Saturday morning. No prior notice needed to be provided, players just need to attend registration on the Friday before 15:45.
What do you need to bring?
To take part in the event you will need to ensure that you have the following with you on the day:
• Your army, painted and based to the required standard else you will not be given battle ready.
• A suitable number of dice
• Tape measure
• Six objective markers
• Core rule book (inc. any FAQs) (digital copies are preferred)
• Army Codex(s) for all armies used in your list (inc. any FAQs) (digital copies are preferred)
• Any Codex Supplement(s) / Campaign Book(s) from which you are using rules (inc. FAQs) (digital copies are preferred) Digital copies of all required books / rules are acceptable and encouraged. There are multiple charging locations around the building.
In the event of rules disputes, you will be expected to produce relevant books / FAQs to support your position. If you are unable to do so, this may result in judges being unable to rule in your favour.

Parking available on site , when you purchase your ticket please let us know what your car reg is also , or if your booking accommodation at the venue let them know then.
There is accommodation available which needs to be booked through phoning the following number 01752 848668 and let them know your attending the super bash event as they will be restricting booking for people attending outside of this event.
