Join us for a 2.5-hour SRT (Soft-Stretch Release Techniques) class designed for couples, close friends, or family members who want to deepen connection through mindful touch, co-regulation, and nervous system awareness.

SRT is a gentle, nervous-system-based method that blends stretching, breath, and somatic awareness to release stored tension, improve flexibility, and create safety within the body. When practiced together, it becomes a powerful tool for connection, trust, and emotional grounding.
