A 90-minute nervous system reset designed to help you strengthen, soften, release, and deeply restore.

Hosted by Mindful Body and Skin in collaboration with Dr. Cianna Richardson PT/DPT

This experience blends clinical understanding of the body with restorative wellness practices to support full-spectrum regulation—physical, emotional, and energetic.

Through intentional Pilates-based movement, guided integrative breathwork, and immersive sound healing, you’ll be guided out of stress physiology and into a state of deep nervous system recalibration.

Expect a grounding Pilates flow to awaken and stabilize the body, diaphragmatic breathwork to regulate and release stored tension, and a restorative sound bath designed to settle the mind into deep rest.

You will leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more internally connected—like your system has finally exhaled.
