Flohaus Pilates Club x Soulspeak Wellness bring you a unique wellness experience! Core + Calm is your two‑hour permission slip to slow down, stretch out, and welcome the energy of the summer solstice in a way that feels grounded and just a little bit magical.

We open with a core-focused reformer Pilates class set to chill tunes, followed by a calming crystal alchemy sound bath designed to relax the body and gently regulate the nervous system. Pull oracle cards, sip tea, and enjoy light refreshments to close.

Bring a blanket, eye pillow, or cushion for added comfort.
