Core & Craft is a slow-start Sunday experience designed to help you move your body, quiet your mind, and make something beautiful all before noon!
We're kicking things off with a 45-minute beachside Pilates class led by Paris Delaney: grounding, energizing, and the perfect way to ease into your Sunday. Then we'll settle in for a beginner friendly beaded bracelet workshop where you'll craft an ever-trending abacus bracelet using abacus beads, pearls, and a gold toggle clasp. You'll learn the basics of jewelry making in this quick session - you'll want to make more of these after!
With all of this fun we will also have an iced latte from Fifth Gear waiting for you.
