No experience is needed — simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.

🌿 About the Host

Valeria is a sound healing facilitator, yoga and meditation teacher, and a trained psychologist.

She has been holding sound healing sessions, retreats, and transformational events for over 5 years. Valeria is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, meditation and breathwork guide, and studied yoga and spiritual practices in India.

Her work blends psychology, somatic awareness, sound, breath, and mindfulness — creating a safe and nurturing space for deep relaxation and inner connection.

She truly loves what she does and will be very happy to welcome you.
