The main ride will be a gentle loop around the parks to cycle lanes — perfect for confidence‑building, fresh air, and social connection.

For those who want something more challenging, you’ll have the option to join one of our ride leaders for a more vigorous long‑distance road ride. No pressure, no competition — just supportive riding at the pace that suits you.

These rides are open to all levels — whether you’re returning to cycling or ride regularly. You just need to be able to ride a bike.
