In-person CPR and AED training for adults, children, and infants

The Heartsaver® CPR AED – Level C courses offer aims to equip you with the knowledge and practical skills to be able to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) on an adult, child and infant experiencing a cardiac arrest in a safe, timely and effective manner. During this course you will gain the confidence and ability to perform critical life-saving skills.

• Healthcare and allied health professionals (e.g., PSWs/HCAs, medical technicians, dentists, dental hygienists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists)
• Non-healthcare professionals (e.g., security guards, early childhood educators, fitness instructors)
• Volunteers and community members
• General public interested in learning life-saving CPR and AED skills

SiROC Course Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and aim to offer flexible options:

Transfers & Substitutions
Registrations may be transferred to another course date if requested at least 7 days prior to the course start date.

You may also send a substitute participant at no additional charge at any time (substitutes must meet course prerequisites).

Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted through Eventbrite (www.eventbrite.ca/mytickets) and are issued as follows:

• More than 14 days before the course – Full refund (100%)
• 7–14 days before the course – 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the course – No refund

Eventbrite processing fees are subject to their own refund policy. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances.

Course Changes
SiROC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, participants will be rescheduled to the next available session or may choose an alternative future date.
