Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) 2 Day Provider Course - SEP 8 & 9

In-person advanced pediatric resuscitation training (2 Days Provider)

This course is intended for licensed healthcare professionals (including Physicians, Nurses, RRT's, and Paramedics and other allied health professionals involved in pediatric emergencies and practice in critical care settings.

Prerequisites (Required)

• Valid BLS Provider Certificate from Heart & Stroke Only (within the past 12 months)
• PALS Precourse Self-Assessment (minimum score of 70%)

❗ Important: Participants who arrive without all prerequisites completed will not be allowed to participate and will not receive a refund

We understand that plans can change and aim to offer flexible options:

Transfers & Substitutions
Registrations may be transferred to another course date if requested at least 7 days prior to the course start date.

You may also send a substitute participant at no additional charge at any time (substitutes must meet course prerequisites).

Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted through Eventbrite (www.eventbrite.ca/mytickets) and are issued as follows:

• More than 14 days before the course – Full refund (100%)
• 7–14 days before the course – 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the course – No refund

Eventbrite processing fees are subject to their own refund policy. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances.

Course Changes
SiROC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, participants will be rescheduled to the next available session or may choose an alternative future date.
