Learn to how to Paint en Plein Air Painting
About this Event
Get ready to paint outdoors this summer. Learn the basics of outdoor plein air painting. Learn all tips and techniques of what to pack, how to pack. Cover sketching. perspective, composition, trees, rocks, waters, sun and shade, distances, atmosphere, mood and ambiance in your paintings.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced painter and you want to get ready to paint outsode this summer, or participate in Plein Air events or festivals, this workshop is for you. Get ready to unleash your inner artist and explore your passion for painting.
Location will be in and around Hamilton. Typically around a waterfall venue that is easy to access . We will do a painting that you will take home. All materials are included.
June 16th 2 pm class location is near the lake outside Dundurn Castle on York Blvd, parking is free.
June 20th, 21st 2pm class location is at Albion Falls lookout deck, parking is free.
June 24th 2 pm class location is at Smoky Hollows WaterFall Deck area, parking is free.
Important information:
- All materials for Watercolor or Acrylic are included. If you want to bring your own that is ok too. You get to take your painting home.
- The session is Instructional in nature, I help with the painting with individual attention.
