As someone who has suffered with acne, acne scarring, and every skin issue, I've spent the last 13 years helping people look confident in their skin. However, I know what it feels like to want to hide from the world, to be ashamed of your appearance. As someone who runs her business mostly online, I wanted to create an in person experience that involves fun music, but a warm and friendly community where everyone can feel confident in themselves.

Each attendee will receive a BANISH yoga towel with our positive affirmation chant.

Our chant is:

The format of the class will be:

-Warm up

-Positive affirmation chant

-Group sharing, Your name/ win of the week/ what you want to banish

-3 easy to follow cardio movements

-Mat pilates rhythmic movements
