On 10 and 11 October, SUSHISAMBA’s flagship Copacabana Brunch shifts into high gear with Race to SAMBA, a special race-weekend edition high above the city. Expect live DJ and saxophonist sets, high-energy SAMBA performances and skyline views, alongside live robata, sushi and seviche stations. The spread spans Australian Tomahawk Steak, Spatchcock Chicken and Shrimp Tempura, before a playful finish with F1 Strawberry Tart, Checkered Flag Cake and Racing SAMBABONS.
Brunch is priced at $160++ per person, inclusive of food, free-flow cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, with an additional $40++ free-flow package featuring Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial, Whispering Angel Rosé, cocktails, spirits and beer.
