Co+op Explorers Holiday Cooking Workshop with Emma Frisch

Kids will enjoy preparing a holiday treat they can gift to a loved one or make for their family! Emma will guide them in measuring ingredients for a healthy and delicious peppermint brownie mix-in-a-jar. Then, they'll get to sample the final product while decorating a recipe tag for their jar.

Recommended for ages 4 - 12. Please register each child attending the class. Children must have an adult present with them at all times, but the adult does not register for the class. Class is limited to 12 children.

About the Instructor - Emma Frisch

Emma is a mother, culinary expert, and entrepreneur, known for empowering people to embrace home cooking with simple recipes using local, seasonal ingredients. A first-generation Italian-Jewish-American, her home is infused with the flavors and languages of her heritage. She is the author of many cook books.
