In this interactive workshop, you will learn to make four of our most popular sandwich fillings. This is a good class for beginners and seasoned cooks alike. Spaces are limited. Register today!**Deviled Tofu: our best-seller and fan favourite. You’ll think you’re eating the egg salad sandwiches you grew up with. Only this time, they’re cruelty- and cholesterol-free!
Chickpea Salad: otherwise known as vegan tuna, this zippy sandwich filling is full of protein and is amazing in sandwiches, on salads and with cheese melted on it.
Smokey Tofu Strips: these tasty fried tofu strips are perfect for TLT’s and breakfast sandwiches.
Breaded Tofu Cutlets: these are delicious and can be used many ways (as a dinner with gravy & potatoes, in a caesar wrap or just straight from the fridge as a snack).
**GF options! Except for the tofu cutlets, the recipes are already gluten-free and you can opt for GF bread. We can also provide you with GF breadcrumbs for making the cutlets! Just select the GF option when purchasing the workshop**
