We’re skipping the box mixes to focus on the specific reaction between cocoa and buttermilk that gives Red Velvet its signature texture. You’ll learn how to nail the vibrant color without over-mixing the batter and how to whip a cream cheese frosting that actually holds its shape.

Chef Cornelia will walk through the timing of the bake and the temperature control needed to prevent the frosting from splitting.
