Cooking with Herbs Class
Our first class on August 1 filled up so we are offering a second class, too! Please follow the link at the end to sign up. That’s how you will reserve your spot.
Join Karyn and I in the kitchen on August 15 at 9:30 am to learn how to make an easy, delicious meal with many herbs we grow right in the garden. She will teach us how to use dried and fresh oregano, chives, and spices to garnish the chicken. It’s so hard not to make the chicken dry! Well, hers wasn’t! She will teach us how to make rosemary roasted potatoes, and we will gather some of the salad ingredients out of the garden beds here. I planted the Italian Dandelion, and I’ve been mixing that with the Romain lettuce, and it’s so good and not so bitter like regular dandelion leaves. We will also have a fresh loaf of sourdough bread coming out of the oven that morning ready to dip in some Basil pesto (that we will make together) and olive oil😋 NOW we will know what to do with ALL of that basil🤣🌱❤️
We are limiting the class to 6 participants. Any more than that and we lose the intimacy and it gets crowded. We have another date penciled in if we have more than 6 wanting to join us. We are excited!
