"Sushi is a study in balance, between precision and patience, sharpness and restraint. In Rice and Knife, guests will explore the foundational knife skills needed, learn the discipline required to prepare perfectly seasoned rice, thoughtfully combine ingredients, to make clean, confident rolls.
Guests will learn multiple styles of sushi using a wide range of ingredients, gaining an understanding of structure, texture, and flavor so they can adapt the craft to their own kitchens, learning how almost anything can be “sushied” to fit any palette or lifestyle.
As technique is mastered so does ease, making sushi an attainable, quick, and nourishing option for weeknight dinners or effortless entertaining at home. Creativity is encouraged, rules are bent with intention, and fun is woven throughout the experience.
Guests will leave with their bamboo sushi rolling mat, satiated and full tasting sushi, armed with a healthy and delicious new skill set. Ticket Price includes one Complimentary beverage.
