SOUPS TO NOURISH YOUR SOUL
Knowing how to feed & nourish yourself (and your loved ones) is one of life's most important skills! No matter what, we all need to eat! Why not learn a few skills to take your health, nutrition & happiness into your own hands, and have a good time doing it!
In a small group setting, we will learn how to make nutrition-packed homemade veggie broth, and then create two amazing soups with it!! No more expensive, store-bought, unidentifiable-ingredients-filled veggie broths from the store. No more paying high prices for some of your favorite (and easy to make!) cozy soups!
The goal is that when our class is complete, not only will you have a smile on your face from learned new skills in a fun community setting, but you will also have gained skills you can use for the rest of your life! Oh, YES! This is going to be fun!
LOCATION:
This class will be held in a beautiful teaching kitchen at a new community center in the Olivette/Creve Coeur area called Five Oaks on Warson.

If you know Candi, you know she is PASSIONATE about food & how it can nourish us on all levels!! She's been dancing & creating in the kitchen since her Culinary Nutrition training back in 2014.
