DELIGHTFUL & DELECTABLE DESSERTS!Knowing how to feed & nourish yourself (and your loved ones) is one of life's most important skills! No matter what, we all need to eat! Why not learn a few skills to take your health, nutrition & happiness into your own hands, and have a good time doing it!

The goal is that when our class is complete, not only will you have a smile on your face from learned new skills in a fun community setting, but you will also have gained skills you can use for the rest of your life! Oh, YES! This is going to be fun!

This class will be held in a beautiful teaching kitchen at a new community center in the Olivette/Creve Coeur area called Five Oaks on Warson.

$34 + $15 materials fee paid on day of class

If you know Candi, you know she is PASSIONATE about food & how it can nourish us on all levels!! She's been dancing & creating in the kitchen since her Culinary Nutrition training back in 2014.
