I'M COOKING LIVE AT THE GREAT NEW YORK STATE FAIR!
Every year, the Fair invites some of New York's most talented chefs to cook live for fairgoers.
This year they invited me.
I can only assume someone made an administrative error they'll come to regret...deeply.
Come hang out as I make Pasta à la Josh, a ridiculously simple, ridiculously delicious pasta recipe using my spice blends.
The best part? The recipe won't be revealed until the live demonstration, so if you've ever wanted to steal one of my recipes, you'll have to show up in person.
Expect cooking, jokes (god, I hope they're funny), longwinded storytelling, and at least one moment where Fair officials quietly wonder if they made the right decision.
