Every year the Fair invites some of New York's most talented chefs to cook live for Fairgoers. This year they also invited me. I can only assume someone made an administrative error they'll come to regret... deeply.
Come hang out with me as I cook something ridiculous (or maybe surprisingly normal) recipe live in the Wegmans Demonstration Kitchen using my spice blends.
The best part? YOU get to decide what I'm making. I'll be taking votes leading up to the event, then cooking the winning recipe live.
Expect cooking, questionable jokes, unnecessary storytelling, and at least one moment where Fair officials quietly wonder if they made the right decision.
