I'M COOKING LIVE AT THE GREAT NEW YORK STATE FAIR...AGAIN!
Apparently, there was so much interest in my first State Fair cooking demonstration that those foolish folks asked me to come back and do a second show.
There’s a signed contract.
No take backs.
The State Fair made its bed. Now they have to sleep in it.
So, after Cooking Under State Supervision with Josh on August 29th, I will officially be returning to the scene of the crime for:
COOKING UNDER STATE SUPERVISION II: THE STATE STRIKES BACK
Every year, the Fair invites some of New York's most talented chefs to cook live for fairgoers.
This year they invited me TWICE.
I can only assume the same administrative error that allowed this to happen in the first place has now spread to multiple departments.
Come hang out as I make Pasta à la Josh, a ridiculously simple, ridiculously delicious pasta recipe using my spice blends.
The recipe won't be revealed until the live demonstration, so if you've ever wanted to steal one of my recipes, you'll have to show up in person.
Expect cooking, jokes (god, I hope they're funny), longwinded storytelling, and at least one moment where Fair officials quietly wonder why, when given a second opportunity to stop this, they instead PUT IT IN WRITING.

I'll have all of my spice blends available for purchase before and after the demonstration, including Spice Sl*t...assuming you people haven't bought every damn bottle by then.
Come for the free cooking show, leave with dinner ideas and the knowledge that somewhere in an office at the New York State Fair, someone approved this....twice.
