Jo Cessna, a culinary instructor from Northwestern Medicine’s Leishman Center for Culinary Health, will continue a series of programs based on seasonal cooking.

These discussions will complement the History Center’s current exhibit “Food: Gathering Around the Table” which includes topics featuring home cooking and family recipes. These classes will include examples of how to prepare seasonal recipes.
