Join Tikkun Farm for our Cooking on a Budget series. This series focuses on practices that support healthy living. Come learn how to cook healthy meals using low-cost and often free ingredients. We will also explore the long-term impact of childhood adversity on our health and learn practices that make our families healthier 🥕🍅🧄🥬This series will take place at Tikkun Farm from 3-5 p.m. on the following dates: 📅
