At Above + Beyond Cancer, we emphasize the importance of cooking fresh and eating whole foods in terms of prevention, recovery, and overall quality of health.
This March, join us to learn a healthy and yummy recipe for Plant Forward Eating: Buddha Bowls with Avocado Sauce and Yin Yang Carrots. A nutritionist will teach why these foods are so essential for our wellbeing.
Teresa Adams-Tomka, the master chef, will demonstrate all the kitchen tricks. Join the chef on location at Kitchen Collage for a cooking demonstration and food tasting. We cap this event to 12 people in person.
