Enjoy classic dishes and cuisine reinterpreted through the eyes of a chef and food historian with a special focus on artisan wines, rustic breads and pastry. Welcome: Crying Tiger / jalapeño-infused gin, lemongrass, lime, orange, ginger beer, fresh mint, Thai bitters
Starter: Duck Pierogi with chili crisp and sour cherries
Soup: German Pearl Barley Soup with smoked sausage
Salad: Little Gem Salad with warm bacon-mustard dressing
Entrée: Braised Short Rib Pot-au-Feu with suet dumplings
Dessert: Pistachio Old-fashioned Donut with blood orange curd and olive oil cream.
