Class: Tomato Galette & Perfect Vinaigrette
Perfect our favorite pie dough and create your own mini version to take home. Enjoy a meal of Chef Lori's heirloom tomato, goat cheese, caramelized onion and honey galette alongside a fresh salad with your handmade vinaigrette.
Cost: $75 per person
Time: 5:45 p.m. arrival, 6:00 p.m. start chopping!
Additional Details: A mocktail and a savoy snack will be served upon arrival. A light meal will be served as well.
Maximum of 12 students, working in pairs at shared stations.
Classes are held at Clario Farmstead Pasta at 19 N. Third Ave, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235.
