Class: Roman Holiday!
Transport yourself to Rome to cook an indulgent Italian dinner.
Roasted Tomato, Gigante bean & Parmesan Bruschetta, Cacio e Pepe Spaghetti.
Cost: $75 per person
Time: 5:45 p.m. arrival, 6:00 p.m. start chopping!
Additional Details: A mocktail and a savoy snack will be served upon arrival. A light meal will be served as well.
Maximum of 12 students, working in pairs at shared stations.
Classes are held at Clario Farmstead Pasta at 19 N. Third Ave, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235.
