Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a thoughtfully prepared antipasto appetizer to set the tone for the evening.

From there, you will roll up your sleeves and settle in together as our culinary team guides you through the art of fresh ravioli making. Expect plenty of time to snuggle close, get a little flour on your hands, and play with heart-shaped and flavored pasta noodles that add a whimsical Valentine’s touch to the experience.

As your ravioli comes together, the evening continues at an easy, unhurried pace, allowing you to truly enjoy the process and each other. You will enjoy a full-course dinner, within the charming, historic setting of Commellini Estates' Main Venue. The night concludes on a sweet note with a decadent Chocolate Tiramisu, crafted as a dessert meant to be shared.

Interactive Learning: Work alongside fellow participants and Chef Frank, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and learn new techniques.

Time Commitment: The entire class, including mealtime, is approximately 3 hours.
