Cooking Class: Heart Healthy Cooking

Come join us at The Bottom for our second class in our series of 5 cooking classes in 2025! We want to ensure that our growers can actually prepare, cook, and eat the food coming out of home gardens. In this class we will cover the basics of cooking food that are beneficial to our heart health!
