Come join us for a special evening at Johnson University (7900 Johnson Drive, Knoxville, TN 37998) featuring Andrew Peterson in support of the Alec H. Woodhull Scholarship Fund. This live event will be filled with good food and great music, all in an effort to celebrate 10 years of the Urban Scholars program and highlight the musical gifts of award-winning artist and Johnson alum, Andrew Peterson. The dinner program starts at 6:30pm and may be attended by reservation only (contact [email protected]). The concert starts at 7:30pm with seating at tables (no food service during the concert), orchestra center + floor left and right + raised theatre seating is available through EventBrite (tiered pricing per seat). The venue is an intimate auditorium (695 seats) that we expect to sell out quickly (concert prices $30-$75). Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to get poured into and to give back! Info: Be a part of making a difference in a college student's life by enjoying an evening with Andrew Peterson. Andrew is a singer-songwriter, author, founder, and executive producer. Andrew has released more than ten records over the past twenty years, earning him a reputation for songs that connect with his listeners in ways equally powerful, poetic, and intimate. As an author, Andrew’s books include the four volumes of the award-winning Wingfeather Saga, which have sold more than a million copies, along with his creative memoirs, Adorning the Dark, and The God of the Garden. He’s an executive producer of the Wingfeather Saga Animated Series, which is currently in production on its third season with Angel Studios. In 2008 Andrew co-founded the Rabbit Room, a nonprofit organization based in Nashville, Tennessee that nourishes Christ-centered communities by cultivating and curating stories, art, and music. All proceeds from the concert support the Alec H. Woodhull Scholarship Fund.
