The Wellness & Opportunity Center provides programs and educational opportunities for our members and the community. Join us and Cooking4Fitness! Chef April Perton will provide a fun and healthy cooking demonstration for your 2026 heath and nutrition goals. As a bonus, you'll have something free from the event to help you make healthier meals at home.
