Join us for a truly special evening you will never forget — an intimate, multi-course dining experience celebrating the recipes, traditions, and stories from our new cookbook, The Butcher’s Daughter- Stories and Over 100 Family Recipes from Altomonte's Italian Market.

This is not a typical dinner.

From Antipasto to Primo, Secondi, Contorni e Dolci, each course will be served family-style, featuring authentic Calabrian recipes passed down through generations and brought to life by Nonna and Maria.

Throughout the evening, Nonna and Maria will be on hand to:

• share stories behind the recipes
• demonstrate traditional techniques
• and create a warm, unforgettable experience filled with food, wine, and connection

• Nonna’s knife skills (garlic, onion, pepper prep)
• Maccheroni a Mano pasta demonstration
• Guests will have the opportunity to try hand-rolling pasta

Antipasto Calabrese
Imported meats, cheeses, marinated vegetables, olives, taralli, and more

Primi
Fresh handmade pasta including Fileja with braised meat and Orecchiette with broccoli rabe and sausage

Secondi
Braised meats in sugo, chicken cutlets, roasted lamb and potatoes

Contorni
Seasonal sides including escarole & beans, potatoes & peppers, and more

Dolci
Cannoli cream, ricotta cookies, and espresso

Seating is extremely limited to maintain an intimate, family-style atmosphere.
