There's nothing fresher than cooking with ingredients you've harvested yourself! Join us for a unique farm-to-table experience as we begin with a guided walk through the gardens to harvest seasonal vegetables and herbs. Then head into the kitchen to transform the day's harvest into a delicious summer meal using fresh, simple techniques you can recreate at home.
After cooking, sit down and enjoy the meal you've prepared together.
Menu:

Summer Ratatouille
Garlic Braised Chicken
Seasonal Fruit cobbler
You'll learn:
How to harvest seasonal vegetables and herbs
Knife skills and vegetable preparation
Building flavor with fresh herbs
Farm-to-table cooking techniques
Tips for cooking with the seasons
* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.
* Beer, Wine and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. No Outside alcohol allowed.
What if I have a food allergy?
We will do our best to accommodate food allergies, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. If you have any of the following allergies: Gluten, Nuts, Dairy, Soy, Shellfish, Eggs please email [email protected] to notify us.
Cancellation Policy?
All classes have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, You must email [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are responsible for paying for the class.
Should I eat before class?
All classes you will get to eat what you prepare, so plan on a meal at the end of class.
