Join us as we dive deeper into the entire Mediterranean region with the new book, "Mediterra". Think way outside just the Greek Isles. "Mediterra" touches on all the countries that make up this delicious region including, Slovenia, France, Spain, Egypt, Palestine, Sicily, Tunisia, Morocco, and more! As always to participate in a CTB, you first must purchase the book from us, plus a $5 per person hostess fee. Each participant then picks, makes, and brings a dish from the book. We enjoy a fabulous potluck style meal, and then each participant gives their review of the recipe they prepared. All classes must be pre-paid and are non-refundable.
