Through thoughtful sequences and restorative poses, you’ll be guided in reconnecting with yourself and others on a deeper level. Each class incorporates meditative reflections and gentle affirmations, helping you to open your heart and embrace the liberating practice of forgiveness.
Props and chairs will be used to make this class accessible to a broad range of students.
This is not a fast paced, work-out style class.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this series offers a serene space to unwind and reflect. Join us in this nurturing journey toward healing, renewal, and emotional growth. You are welcome to attend any individual class or join us for the entire series—whatever suits your schedule and needs. Props: Bring your own mat & bolster, if you have them.
If not, mats, blocks, blankets, and some bolsters will be provided.
