Continuation of Care- an Event for Social Workers and Hospice Providers

We warmly invite you to a special event hosted by Return Home on July 30th from 5-7PM PST, designed for social workers and professionals in hospice and home care. This evening is dedicated to discussing how care can continue seamlessly from at-home into the services we provide at Return Home.

The event will include:

• An overview of how our services complement ongoing end-of-life care, especially for families who are hands-on with their loved ones and, as importantly, how we become the family for those without.
• Discussions on the emotional and practical benefits of terramation.
• A tour of our facilities to see our process firsthand.
• An opportunity to network with fellow care providers.
