Vicky Lee French, a certified yoga instructor, will teach a series of 6 classes beginning July 10th and ending with a class on August 14th. The 6 Wednesday classes will each begin at 8 45am and end at 9 45am.
Garden Volunteers and visitors are welcome. Each participant will be asked to sign a hold harmless agreement. It's suggested that participants check with their medical providers before joining the class.
The charge per class is $10 cash for visitors and no charge for Garden volunteers. Proceeds go toward Garden maintenance.
Bring a yoga mat, large towel and wear loose fitting clothes.
Vicky gears the instruction for all levels of yoga experience. No need to pre register.
