Join Portsmouth Historical Society and the New Hampshire Art Association for the Closing Reception for "Contemporary Currents" on Friday, April 24, from 5:30–7 PM. This dynamic exhibition includes 41 works by New Hampshire artists inspired by the story of Betty and Barney Hill. Drawing on themes of alienation, the unknown, and the courage it takes to be believed, these works explore what it means to stand apart from the ordinary.
The People’s Choice winners will be announced this evening. Be sure to vote before then!
This event is free and open to the public.
