In celebration of the CONTACT Photography Festival, the Riverdale Hub is pleased to present a photography exhibition “The Water Between Us” by Meaghan Ogilvie. On display from April 28th to May 30th, 2026.
Join us on May 2nd for opening reception from 2 to 4pm, artist talk begins at 3pm.
This exhibition presents a captivating retrospective of Meaghan Ogilvie’s work, tracing more than a decade of her artistic journey. Known for her award-winning underwater photography, Ogilvie explores the delicate relationship between humans and water through imagery that is both ethereal and deeply rooted in environmental awareness. Featuring highlights from international exhibitions, artist residencies, and major public art commissions, the show reflects the evolution of her practice—from early explorations to her most celebrated projects. Together, these works offer an intimate look at an artist whose lens transforms water into a powerful, poetic medium for connection, memory, and reflection.

The CONTACT Photography Festival is an annual city-wide festival that began in 1997. It encompasses exhibitions, public art installations, and programs that feature the work of local and international lens-based artists every May.
