EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Ontario Multicultural and Business Conference 2026 organized by the Alliance Creative Community Project is a two-day, cross-sector forum designed to foster multicultural understanding, community engagement, and inclusive economic participation. In addition to leaders, professionals, artists, and advocates, the conference actively engages business leaders, entrepreneurs, and corporate partners. The event features keynote presentations, panels, cultural performances, workshops, and structured networking aimed at promoting inclusivity, equity, and unity across diverse communities while highlighting business opportunities, workforce inclusion, supplier diversity, and corporate–community partnerships.
Objectives
· Create an inclusive platform for cross-cultural dialogue among diverse communities and business sectors across Ontario and beyond.
· Highlight best practices in inclusive leadership, social entrepreneurship, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
· Provide business-focused content: supplier diversity, inclusive hiring, workforce development, and community investment.
· Facilitate practical skills-building through immersive workshops (deal-making, inclusive marketing, grant writing, B2B partnerships).
· Foster meaningful networking to catalyze collaborations, partnerships, and community-led initiatives.
· Showcase cultural performances and art as civic dialogue, while linking arts and culture to economic development.
· Produce actionable business commitments and partnerships that organizations and governments can adopt post-conference.

· Cultural Performances: Integrated performances from regional artists with business-friendly showcases (arts marketplaces, pop-up exhibitions)

· Investor Corner: Short pitches or “meet the investor” sessions for minority-owned businesses

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Additional expenses
The Conference pass during the event for local attendees within Canada is 150 CAD, but for international attendees are to register with an amount of 800 CAD Including:
· Hotel Bookings / Accommodations (2 Days)
· Food and beverages (at the Venue)
· Invitation Letter for (Visa Purposes)
· Conference Programming Schedule Documents and Brochure (Business-Focused Example)
to reserve a seat to the event. However, you are responsible for your travel to and from the event, accommodation, and any additional food / drinks you may consume outside of the scheduled functions. Only Designated Delegates, Speakers and special Guest of Honors attending from outside Canada would be taken care off in terms of their ticket and accommodation and their entire travel expenses.

CANCELLATION BY DELEGATE (YOU):
We are unable to refund any registration fee outside the 3-day cooling-off period after completion of registration. Should you be unable to attend you may nominate a substitute to attend in your place free of charge. You must contact us in advance of the conference to substitute as on-the-day changes might not be accepted. Delegate places are for the named delegate only and cannot be transferred on the day of the conference.
CANCELLATION BY US:
We reserve the right to cancel any registrations which do not meet our eligibility criteria, or which exceed our quota. Our team is not liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by you or your organization if the conference is cancelled or postponed.
PROGRAMME CHANGES
Circumstances beyond the control of the Organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations, or cancellations of a speaker and/or program topic. OMBC 2026 Team reserves the right to alter the program wherever necessary without penalty or liability. Any alterations will be updated on the web page of the Organizers without unreasonable delay.
RECORDING THE EVENT
All unauthorized photography and the recording or transmission of audio or visual material, data or information is expressly prohibited. You consent to filming and sound recording and photography of the summit as a delegate and you consent to the use by us of any such recording or photography anywhere in the world for promotional, marketing, and other purposes.
YOUR DATA
The information provided when registering is confidential and will be used strictly for administrative purposes in relation to your participation at Ontario Multicultural and Business Conference 2026. By registering for this event, you will automatically be added as an attendee to the event app so that you can view the most up to date agenda and network with other delegates who are registered to attend. We take the privacy of your data very seriously and any personal data you provide us with will not be shared with 3rd parties unless you have consented for us to do so.

The Ontario Multicultural and Business Conference 2026 will welcome over100 delegates across the continent, representatives of corporate executives, business owners, investors, and CSR/Comms leaders, Non-profit and community organizations with business partnerships, Chambers of commerce, economic development agencies, and municipal/regional officials, Entrepreneurs and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs), especially minority-owned businesses, Arts and cultural businesses and vendors, Educators, researchers, and students.
REGISTRATION:
We are delighted to be able to welcome delegates from the Non-Profit organizations, Academia sectors, Business Entities, Government Institutions, traditional Authorities, and individuals to participate in the OMBC 2026. Please note that international delegates are to register with a fee of 800 CAD before an invitation letter be issued out. Participants attending the Conference within Canada are to pay 150 CAD contacting the OMBC 2026 team on [email protected] to register before attending.
