Contact Improv - is a postmodern dance practice that explores movement through shared weight, touch, and physical awareness.
Unison - to do or produce something together, at the same time, either by acting as one unit or by sounding at the exact same pitch or octave.
Please join our Inner Rhythm Community Friday October, 3rd for night full of dance! Opening the container with a contact improv jam, followed by an ecstatic dance immersion, inspired by the artists that performed at Unison Festival and the humanity that magically came together there. The intension of this evening is to provide a sacred rhythmic space that invites movers into Unison with themselves, the community and bliss. Please join us and come get your Unison on!!!
