Contact Improvisation is movement inspired by the spontaneous interaction between two people playing with weight, momentum and gravity. Beginners welcome!Contact Dance Jam is hosted the 4th Sunday of the month (with some exceptions - see below)
4-5pm at Studio 505 at 505 Sherbrooke Street. Cost: $10/jam or $35 for 5 jams, or $60 for 9 jams if paid in advance. Please bring cash.
