Whether you are starting out, coming from another trade, leaving the military, or years into the work and looking for a better crew, this is a chance to meet hiring managers face to face instead of disappearing into an application portal.

Come prepared: bring several copies of your resume, dress for a first impression, and be ready to talk about what you can do.

What employers scan for in the first thirty seconds, how to present experience from another industry, which certifications open doors, and what to say at a booth so a recruiter remembers you. Free with fair admission — register separately to hold a seat.
